MBE CERTIFICATION NEWS
As of September 15, 2025 all MBE certifications will be managed by the National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC) and processed via The NMSDC Hub.
The transition period will last approximately 17 days, through August 27, 2025. During this transition, new MBE certifications can get started using the pre-qualification link below, however, current MBEs and applicants that have already started the process will not be able to access the database for certification purposes. At the end of this 90 days freeze period, MBEs and applicants will be sent an announcement that The NMSDC Hub is now open to continue your current application or start a recertification application when you are within 90-days of your expiration date. Please keep an eye out for an email from ZohoAdmin@nmsdc.org that will have your login details and instructions for accessing the database.
The login ID for The NMSDC Hub will give you access to both the MBE Search Database, where you can find other MBEs to collaborate with, and thenew Certification Module. You will only need one ID to access both systems. Existing MBEs can log in to The NMSDC Hub now to access MBE Search. When the system becomes available for certification, you will see a new Certification tile on the dashboard giving you access to the Certification Module.
Any recertification applications that were started but not submitted for processing when the data-freeze begins will have to be restarted in the new system. All other application drafts and submitted applications that have had some activity in the last six months will be transferred to the new system. When the NMSDC Hub Certification Module opens, work can resume from where it is left off.
For MBEs set to expire during the data-freeze period, you will automatically receive a two-month extension on your current certification to ensure that you have plenty of time to submit your recertification application in the new system.
THE NEW CERTIFICATION SYSTEM

- Improved and consistent processing times.
- Enhanced support from dedicated certification specialists at the national office.
- Added ability to update your profile any time using self-service features.
Noticias para Certificaciones de MBEs
A partir del 15 de septiembre de 2025, todas las certificaciones MBE serán administradas por el National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC) y procesadas a través de The NMSDC Hub.
El período de transición durará aproximadamente 17 días, hasta el 27 de agosto de 2025. Durante este tiempo, las nuevas certificaciones MBE podrán iniciar el proceso utilizando el enlace de pre-cualificación indicado más abajo; sin embargo, los MBEs actuales y solicitantes que ya hayan comenzado el trámite no podrán acceder a la base de datos para propósitos de certificación.
Al finalizar este período de congelación de datos (90 días), los MBEs y solicitantes recibirán un aviso de que The NMSDC Hub está disponible nuevamente para continuar solicitudes en curso o iniciar una recertificación dentro de los 90 días previos a la fecha de vencimiento de su certificación. Es importante estar atentos a un correo electrónico de ZohoAdmin@nmsdc.org, el cual contendrá sus credenciales de acceso e instrucciones para ingresar al sistema.
La credencial de inicio de sesión en The NMSDC Hub permitirá acceso tanto a la Base de Datos de Búsqueda de MBEs, donde se pueden encontrar otros MBEs para colaborar, como al nuevo Módulo de Certificación. Solo necesitará un ID para ambos sistemas. Actualmente, los MBEs existentes pueden ingresar a The NMSDC Hub para utilizar la búsqueda de MBEs, y una vez que el módulo de certificación esté disponible, aparecerá un nuevo ícono en el panel principal para acceder.
Cualquier solicitud de recertificación que haya sido iniciada pero no enviada al momento de comenzar el período de congelación de datos deberá reiniciarse en el nuevo sistema. El resto de los borradores y solicitudes enviadas que hayan tenido alguna actividad en los últimos seis meses se transferirán al nuevo sistema. Una vez habilitado el módulo de certificación en The NMSDC Hub, podrá retomarse el trabajo desde el punto en que quedó.
Para aquellos MBEs cuya certificación expire durante el período de congelación, se otorgará automáticamente una extensión de dos meses, garantizando el tiempo suficiente para completar su recertificación en el nuevo sistema.
EL NUEVO SISTEMA DE CERTIFICACIÓN
A partir del 15 de septiembre de 2025, todas las certificaciones MBE serán gestionadas por el NMSDC a través de The NMSDC Hub, el cual ofrecerá varias mejoras, incluyendo:
- Navegación más sencilla y seguimiento del progreso.
- Tiempos de procesamiento más consistentes y eficientes.
- Apoyo reforzado de especialistas en certificación de la oficina nacional.
- Posibilidad de actualizar su perfil en cualquier momento mediante funciones de autoservicio.
