With over twenty-five years of executive and professional experience in the accounting and finance field, Cabrera holds a solid background and comprehensive knowledge in organizational operations, strategic planning, budgeting, accounting, and financial management. Also, Cabrera served eight years in the United States Army Reserves as a Finance Specialist providing support to active members of the United States Army.

Francisco lives in Trujillo Alto, Puerto Rico, where he and his wife has raised their two sons. He is active in his community, always looking for ways to make it better by improving the quality of life of those that live in it. In his personal time, Francisco enjoys jogging, riding the bike, and skateboarding with his sons.
