Reina brings over 40 years of experience in business management, with a professional background spanning both the multinational and private sectors. Her expertise has been shaped through senior leadership roles including Comptroller, Business Development Manager, and Operations Manager. She has supported organizations across a wide range of industries, including wholesale trade, security services, restaurant operations, and housing management. In addition, her experience as a small business owner provides her with a firsthand perspective on the challenges and opportunities faced by entrepreneurs.

Further strengthening her impact, Reina is also a certified coach in human resources and business development, enabling her to support organizational growth, leadership development, and capacity‑building initiatives with a comprehensive and practical approach.
