WIN WIN Tour 2025 & MBEIC Meeting
The WIN WIN Tour is one of PRMSDC’s most anticipated annual gatherings, where certified suppliers (MBEs) and corporate members come together to create high-impact business connections. This event provides a unique opportunity for strategic dialogue, sharing success stories, exploring real-life examples of collaboration, and strengthening the Council’s programs. It is a space designed to connect, inspire, and empower certified suppliers in their growth and development.
This year, the event kicked off at the facilities of Boston Scientific Dorado, a leading medical technology company committed to innovation and patient well-being. PRMSDC certified entrepreneurs were welcomed by the excellent BSCI team, including Melvin Rodríguez, Illiet Frontera, Aníbal Cartagena, and Luis Rivera, who shared best practices and their focus on quality in medical device manufacturing. The visit included a guided tour of the facilities.
Later, the group traveled to Oil Energy System, Inc. in Arecibo. Along the way, they learned more about the services of Prime Janitorial Service Corporation, and all participating MBEs had the opportunity to present their companies.
Upon arrival at Oil Energy System, Inc., participants were received by Carlos Juarbe and Eng. Roberto Rodríguez of Transfuel, LLC. Through a site tour, they showcased their innovative system for the collection, recovery, processing, and recycling of used oils, lubricants, and waste.
The day also featured the annual meeting of the Minority Business Enterprise Input Committee (MBEIC), chaired by Lisette Villavicencio along with committee leaders Carmen Cortés, Nelly Feliciano, and José Ramírez. The event concluded with participants sharing reflections on the day’s experiences.

El WIN WIN Tour del PRMSDC es uno de nuestros encuentros anuales más esperados, donde empresas certificadas (MBEs) y miembros corporativos se reúnen para crear conexiones empresariales de alto impacto. Este evento ofrece una oportunidad única para dialogar estratégicamente, compartir historias de éxito, explorar ejemplos reales de colaboración y fortalecer los programas del Concilio. Un espacio diseñado para conectar, inspirar y empoderar a los suplidores certificados en su crecimiento y desarrollo.
Este año, iniciamos el evento en las instalaciones de Boston Scientific Dorado, empresa líder en tecnología médica comprometida con la innovación y el bienestar de los pacientes. Los empresarios certificados del PRMSDC fueron recibidos por el excelente equipo de BSCI, compuesto por Melvin Rodríguez, Illiet Frontera, Aníbal Cartagena y Luis Rivera, quienes compartieron mejores prácticas y su enfoque en la calidad de fabricación de dispositivos médicos. La visita incluyó un recorrido por las instalaciones.
Posteriormente, los empresarios se trasladaron a Oil Energy System, Inc. en Arecibo. Durante el trayecto, conocimos más sobre los servicios de Prime Janitorial Service Corporation, y todos los participantes MBEs tuvieron la oportunidad de presentar sus empresas.
Al llegar a Oil Energy System, Inc., fueron recibidos por Carlos Juarbe e Ing. Roberto Rodríguez de Transfuel, LLC. A través de un recorrido por sus facilidades, mostraron su innovador sistema de recogido, recuperación, procesamiento y reciclaje de aceites usados, lubricantes y desechos.
De igual forma, se celebró la reunión anual del Comité de Suplidores Certificados (MBEIC), presidido por Lisette Villavicencio y los líderes de comités Carmen Cortés, Nelly Feliciano y José Ramírez. Finalizamos la jornada compartiendo las experiencias del día.
