PRMSDC adheres to the highest standards of minority business certification while performing suppliers' new certifications, re-certifications, and subscription processes with greater efficiency. Monthly pre-certification workshops are held to walk prospective MBEs through the certification process. Post-certification workshops are designed to maximize MBE status, unveiling the importance of the certification renewal. Also, Subscription Services are offered throughout the network as a supplementary service to grow MBE's opportunities in other states.

PRMSDC provides a robust platform for MBEs and Corporate Members to connect in large marketplace arenas, as well as smaller events, specifically designed to connect the right people on both sides of the desk. Programs like the Win-Win Program and the Bridge of Opportunities align Corporate needs with MBE's value proposals to increase spending in the minority community.
