Recertification

Renewal of your certification guarantees your minority status and the continuity of its benefits.  to continue impacting the business market with your products and/or services by applying in the following link.

You will receive reminders 90 days, 60 days and 30 days before your expiration date. You should apply at least 45 days in advance of your expiration date. 

Following these simple instructions will deliver a clear message to your Corporate client that the business relationship is important to you. Also, your benefits will not be interrupted (e.g. preferred payment terms).

Documentation

• Recent, Tax Return Sheet
• Affidavit 
• Complete the online form

Recertification fees:

• $250 – Class I: Gross sales up to $1 Million
• $500 – Class II: Gross sales from $1 Million up to $10 Million
• $800 – Class III: Gross sales from $10 Millions up to $50 Million
• $900 – Class IV: Gross sales above $50 Million

The application fee is non-refundable.
