Certification Fees:

• $300 – Class I: Gross sales up to $1 Million
• $550 – Class II: Gross sales from $1 Million up to $10 Million
• $850 – Class III: Gross sales from $10 Millions up to $50 Million
• $950 – Class IV: Gross sales above $50 Million

The application fee is non-refundable.
